Here in Ethiopia to have a house is so much expensive for
most of the people.
But the government make promotions of houses and the people
can pay little by little. Sometimes it takes a long time to be finally the
owner of an apartment, but is always better than not to have hope at all!
The past month there was the lottery for the houses call
20/80, people who apply have to pay the 20 % in the beginning and the rest can
be paid in small affordable payments per month. The list was very long and many
people finally got a house. They have been mainly waiting from the past 7-8
years!
The new promotions will take hopeful
ly less time!
